Practice Innovation Certification: Virtual

*In light of the current COVID-19 situation, we are offering our accredited Practice Innovation Certification virtually. Please reach out to us if cost is a barrier, as we do have scholarships and sliding scale options.
Our goal is to provide as many tools and resources to equip healthcare leaders during this challenging time.

The primary focus of this training is to ensure you are equipped to navigate unexpected challenges and crises, including the current environment. We will discuss how to manage remote work, tele-health strategies, and more. At the end of this course, you will have the confidence to face any situation with the right tools and resources.

These tools will include but are not limited to, rapid response to change, coaching staff/team/providers through change and burnout, process improvement tools, and engagement strategies.

This program offers 2 days virtual customized training, with 3 virtual meetings and/or coaching sessions depending on your individual needs. You will receive a curriculum and workbook with customized tools and assessments, along with personalized training, coaching, and best practice sharing. A follow-up assessment after the training will be conducted to ensure that the tools apply to the challenges you face in your organization.

The Practice Facilitator/Innovation Certification program was immensely valuable to the work I do with health systems, FQHCs and key provider partners. I now have a multitude of new tools and approaches to quality improvement, and the ability to work more effectively and collaboratively with my team and partners.
Elise Cooper, Senior Practice Facilitator, Colorado Access

These skills made me feel more confident as a leader—I can make positive changes yet remain compassionate when connecting with caregivers who are impacted. I encourage any leader who strives to implement and sustain organizational changes to complete the program.
Rosana Chan, Practice Innovation Manager, Facey Medical Group
