This intensive day and a half workshop will highlight your own areas of strength as a leader, and provide a comprehensive approach to building a diverse, high-performing team. You will walk away with a customized team profile/plan of the skills, experience, talents, and knowledge you need to either fill or develop to lead an effective and cohesive team.
